Kindness

Kindness literally cured me , and I believe it can cure what ails our troubled world too. ^[1] Kindness includes actively building positive experiences into the relationship. But today many people seem to find these pleasures literally incredible.^[5]

Random acts of consciousness are perhaps even more contagious than random acts of kindness.
